I specialize in training sessions that provide functional, full-body movements that create strong, mobile, long-lasting bodies. You can expect workouts with a variety of movements and modification for all fitness levels. 
As a Running Coach, I help runners to discover the joy of running, through social connection, consistency, intuitive pacing, and more efficient running form.

Private Strength Training

My garage gym, your backyard, or at Kilter Fitness! I create a highly personalized training program that takes into account your unique goals, interests and fitness level. I provide the expertise, equipment and support to make it convenient and fun for you to reach your fitness goals.

Partner Workouts

We are stronger together!

A great option for friends, family members, or couples who want to train together! Partner workouts are a lot fun, and offer the same individualized attention and location options, at a more affordable rate. Let me design a program that suits you both individually, and that allows you to support one another's health and progress.

Remote Zoom Workouts

Fits easily into your schedule

Using Zoom as a platform, remote sessions are a convenient and versatile way to receive individualized support, and are not limited by geographic location. I design and lead workouts for individuals, partners and groups, using the equipment available to you. Remote sessions allow you to receive personalized attention from anywhere!

Run Coaching

Run faster, farther and stronger

Success in running is a result of hard work, consistency and determination. Hiring me as your coach can take you to the next level whether you are a new, returning, or seasoned runner. I provide personalized training plans, feedback during workouts, and regular evaluation of your running biomechanics. Communication is key to your success and I am always a text or call away, for all my athletes.

I offer group coaching through Apex Running in Cedar Park, private remote coaching, and a weekly social run club called Bad Idea Run Club, to keep it fun!
