My garage gym is located directly off 183A in Cedar Park. I create a highly personalized training program that takes into account your unique goals, interests and fitness level. I provide the expertise, equipment and support to make it convenient and fun for you to reach your fitness goals.

Partner Workouts
We are stronger together!
A great option for friends, family members, or couples who want to train together! Partner workouts are a lot fun, and offer the same individualized attention and location options, at a more affordable rate. Let me design a program that suits you both individually, and that allows you to support one another's health and progress.

Remote Zoom Workouts
Schedule or Location Challenges?
Using Zoom as a platform, remote sessions are a convenient and versatile way to receive individualized support, and are not limited by geographic location. I design and lead workouts for individuals, partners and groups, using the equipment available to you. Remote sessions allow you to receive personalized attention from anywhere!

Run Coaching through Apex Running
Run faster, farther and stronger
Success in running is a result of hard work, consistency and determination. Hiring me as your coach can take you to the next level whether you are a new, returning, or seasoned runner. I provide personalized training plans, feedback during workouts, and regular evaluation of your running biomechanics. Communication is key to your success and I am always a text or call away, for all my athletes.
I offer group coaching through Apex Running in Cedar Park, as well as private remote coaching using a virtual coaching platform called VDOT.
